Job Responsibilities:

These include but are not limited to greeting customers according to the up system in the stores and creating a warm and welcoming environment for the customer to feel comfortable to shop! Learning about all the products that the store carries on the display showroom as well as those available via the special-order program so that the customer can find and enjoy exactly what they are looking for. Sales / Design Consultants are also responsible for tracking their customers’ orders from start of the sale to the competition of delivery and even follow up with the customers next projects to keep that relationship open and ongoing. Sales / Design consultants are expected to provide a superior level of customer service at all times.
